Invoices are sent by email. You can cancel anytime (no refunds for used periods).

Support is human, responsive, and available by email.
6. Backups & data
Backups are your responsibility unless you use our Mautic Backup service.
We don’t access your data without your consent.
7. Termination
You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend accounts in case of abuse, unpaid invoices, or legal issues.
8. Liability
We do our best, but we’re not liable for:
- Data loss outside of our backup service
- Downtime caused by third parties
- Anything illegal you do with the tools
